Prioritize

Classic example what my therapist and I are working on. I am here visiting Mom and there are 100 things my brain wants to do at once.

“Write, read, YouTube, blog, walk, get water, call CC, text Dad, wash hands, organize table, massage Mom’s feet….”

I cant get a break!

Its either the voices, my stupid brain, my OCD, my anxiety, or my paranoia.

I just want to go one week, just one, with out any problems. IF I can do it once, I can do it again.

so MA and I said when I feel overwhelmed, to just prioritize my daily activities in order of importance.

But everything to me is important!

I guess I will start with getting water then YouTube…
