So my therapist wanted me to stay at work for two whole hours: 10:30 to 12:30. in the past, I felt the need to leave early, even when my duties were not done. I looked at the clock every 5 minutes.
Today I officially worked for 2 whole hours!! I am SO proud of myself!
What I am struggling with today: feeling the need to want to write but cant because my mind is telling me to do 100 things at once.
I cant focus on one thing and I hate it.
I had a lot to blog about, but my mind is blank. I will try to remember and write it later xxo
