I feel really nervous right now, not sure why. So I went downstairs to tell Mom. She is like “Oh great, you don’t need to go to the hopistal do you!?”
No! I don’t! I don’t feel suicidal, I just feel nervous! So I am going to use some of the coping skills I learned in therapy.
First thing is, I am in a pink bubble. Everything negative just bounces off me.
I am blogging, which is another coping skill. I am going to watch The Middle with Mom at 8:00.
Also, I am listening to music.
So if that don’t work, nothing will. But right now I am already %6 better! Just writing my feelings out on this blog helps SO Much!
